New Home Development staff are responsible for all aspects of managing the nearly 60 New Home Development owned housing units that are located throughout the four county service area.

In addition, NHDC manages another non-profit housing development corrporation called Defiance County Residential Housing, INC (DCR) since 1998. DCR owns 17 housing units throughout Defiance County. DCR has its own board of directors. DCR housing units target the developmentally disabled population.
