NHDC owns and manages a number of housing units throughout Defiance, Henry, and WIlliams counties. Units vary in size and type from single family home to duplexes and multi-unit apartment buildings. These units were obtained with grants from the Ohio Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services, the Ohio Housing Finance Agency, and HUD.

Units are rented to qualifying individuals based on a percentage of his/her household income. Even persons with no incomes are considered for housing assistance.
